CURTIS JOSEPH GAME ISSUED GOALIE MASK 2005-07 COYOTES PHOENIX on RBK REEBOK
STORY:
This mask was initially obtained directly from the Coyotes after Joseph left the team to play for Calgary in 2007-08. This is a rare mask that was made for Curtis Joseph when he played for the Phoenix Coyotes in 2005-07. He mainly used Reebok goalie gear, skates, pants and sticks back then and this mask has the RBK logo on the front. However, Joseph chose to go with an ITECH mask while playing for the Coyotes. This Reebok mask has his CUJO nickname on both sides and the iconic MAD DOG mouth on the front. He has the initials of his first wife and their four kids on the back head plate. There is one blue headband attached inside the forehead area of the mask with two spares in the EDDY MASKS custom carrying case. The Coyotes had this Cujo mask inside the Eddy Masks case, but the mask was not made by Ed Cubberly or Eddy Masks. It reportedly was made by Protechsport in Laval, Quebec with an RBK sticker applied on the mask.
