Purchased at a 1994 charity auction to benefit the "Fondation de l'Hopital Sainte-Justine", this Patrick Roy signed game mask was originally worn by St. Patrick during practices according to mask creator and long time Roy equipment maker Michel Lefebvre. Produced around 1994 by Lefebvre, this red white and blue creation features CH logos on both the forehead and chin with “33” on the back headpiece. The neck protector is a later addition, and with the foam forehead padding partially unglued, this mask features some abrasions around the forehead section but presents beautifully. Roy has signed by the top head strap "Nov. 15 1994 Patrick Roy #33" but it’s faded over time, with an additional signature and notation placed on the interior of, "Gala temoignage Patrick Roy 33", but this has faded as well.
